Trump has set a 48 hour clock. That matters, not because of politics, but because of logistics. Armies do not move on rhetoric. They move on preparation. And preparation does not land on a neat calendar unless it is already done.

So when someone says 48 hours, what they are really saying is, everything is already in place. That was 24 hours ago and in 24 hours time, time is up. Then on Tuesday the market opens.
